Der Gegenstand der gemeinsamen Datenverarbeitung und damit der Zweck, die Art und der Umfang der Erhebung, Verarbeitung und/oder Nutzung personenbezogener Daten ergibt sich aus den §§ 34 ff Bauarbeiter-Urlaubs- und Abfertigungsgesetz – BUAG, BGBl Nr 414/1972 idjgF. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Durchführung der folgenden Aufgabe(n) durch die in gemeinsamer Verantwortung Stehenden:

Die Software-Lösung der Bau-ID GmbH mit dem Namen [BauID] dient der Bekämpfung von Sozialbetrug und illegaler Beschäftigung auf Baustellen. Die Softwarelösung bietet ua öffentlichen Einrichtungen wie der BUAK und dem Amt für Betrugsbekämpfung gemäß § 34c Absatz 3 Z 2 BUAG idjgF Unterstützung bei der Vollziehung der ihnen zur Bekämpfung des Lohn- und Sozialdumpings und des Sozialbetrugs übertragenen gesetzlichen Aufgaben, insbesondere durch Verbesserung der Kontrollabläufe.
